Thank you for choosing Dringhouses Out of School Club. We are delighted to welcome you and your family to the club community.

Registering With Us

To join our mailing list or register your child, please get in touch with us via phone, e-mail or use the form on this website's contact page.

During the summer term, families will receive a registration link for the Cheqdin platform, used to manage bookings and information.

Children are welcome to attend our Holiday Club from two weeks prior to the start of their Reception year, helping them become familiar with the club environment and staff before starting school.

Supporting Your Child

We want every child to feel happy, safe and settled within the club.

Families are welcome to complete our optional “All About Me” form to help staff better understand children’s interests, routines and individual needs before they start.

If your child has any medical conditions, allergies, SEND or additional needs, please let us know so we can provide the best possible care and support.

Parents are asked to review registration details at least annually to ensure records remain accurate and up to date. You can contact us at any time to update your child's information.

Where children have medical conditions, allergies, dietary requirements or other changing needs, we may ask families to review information more frequently to help us provide the safest and most appropriate care.

Safeguarding Information

We require contact details for all parents/carers with parental responsibility, together with at least one emergency contact, unless legal restrictions apply.

Children will only be collected by parents/carers or authorised adults named on their registration form, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed with the club in advance.

Payments & Communication

Invoices are issued monthly in advance via email.

Please note that payments are not currently taken through Cheqdin.

We currently accept: Tax-Free Childcare and Childcare vouchers

We also send regular newsletters to families with updates, activities and important information about the club.

Absence Information

Although we work closely with Dringhouses Primary School, we are a separate organisation. If your child is absent from school, please remember to notify the club directly as well.

Arrivals & Collection

We use the main school gates for all sessions, except Friday After School Club collection, which takes place at the small gate at the bottom of Mayfield Grove.
